Hybrid solar off grid inverter

Solar inverters are one of the key components in solar photovoltaic power generation systems, which can convert direct current into alternating current. 3) The low reliability and imperfect protection functions of solar inverters result in a higher average failure rate of existing products.

In response to the problems existing in the existing technology, it has been decided to develop a new hybrid solar off grid inverter product, which has good social and economic benefits. The innovation of the product:

1) The product design is a hybrid solar off grid inverter structure, using MC9S08AC48/TMS32F2807 as the main control CPU. The combination structure of solar inverter, solar charger, and commercial charger is designed, which has advantages such as energy conservation, environmental protection, high safety performance, and strong stability compared to existing products.

2) The product independently develops core control software to achieve simultaneous monitoring of all data of solar inverters and solar controllers, with 2-way charging priority function design, charging energy-saving mode function design, power generation EPS function design, etc.

1) Solar inverter: rated power: 5000VA/4000W, DC input voltage/current: 48V/87A, AC output voltage/frequency/current: 230V/50Hz/22A;

2) AC charging: AC input voltage/frequency/current: 230V/50Hz/29A, DC output voltage/current: 54V/30A;

3) Solar charging: Rated power: 3000W.
