Analysis of simulation results of solar cell models

In order to verify the performance of the simulation model of the solar photovoltaic array used, simulation analysis was conducted on its model, and the analysis results showed that the method used has certain feasibility in the construction of solar cells.

By analyzing the above figures, it can be seen that within 0.5 seconds, as the load resistance of the solar photovoltaic array increases, the output current, terminal voltage, and parallel capacitor current of the solar photovoltaic array also change, and ultimately reach a steady state. The current of the parallel capacitor here presents a transient charging process at the front end, which is determined by the nature of the capacitor.

A detailed mathematical model of solar cells in solar photovoltaic arrays was derived and studied. By establishing an electromagnetic transient simulation model of solar photovoltaic arrays, the output characteristics of solar photovoltaic arrays and the impact of external environmental changes on them were studied. Based on the equivalent circuit diagram of solar cells under actual conditions, a model of solar cells in the solar photovoltaic power generation system was built in PSCAD simulation software and simulated.
